Tuesday, November 30, 2021 - 3 hour decant.
Beautiful deep purple color; black cherry nose.

Elegant and balanced. Plenty of red and black fruit, cherry at the fore. Deep, dark and lingering. Cocoa, mocha and plum tones. Tannins are present, but they are already integrating with the overall flavor profile.

This is a young wine that is drinking beautifully, and it has a great deal of upside potential. Very impressive effort. Looking forward to following this one in the coming years.
