Saturday, December 4, 2021 - Sixteenth Annual White Truffle Dinner (Inovasi - Lake Bluff IL): Tasted just after 162eme and 164eme. Complex aromas and flavors showcasing ripe and tart apple, lemon and lemon peel. Not quite the same depth as either 162eme or 164 eme, but ending with a powerful, bright and long finish.
