Wednesday, December 8, 2021 - One of the finest producers in Rheingau and here is an entry level but a well balanced very lively and fresh dry Riesling. Pale straw colour. Bright aroma of apricots, white flowers, green apples, lemons. Lean and elegant palate, so fresh, smooth and balanced with bright acidity overshadowing delicate sweetness, stony mineral accents at the finish, touch of zestiness.
