Tuesday, December 14, 2021 - Less sweet style of Spätlese. White fruit - more pear than apple - and herbal notes on the nose. Beautifully fresh. Mid weight and texture, nice balance, med+ length, honey pear apple on the palate. I really like this style of Spätlese. Had with spicy curry and balanced those spicy flavors nicely.
