Thursday, December 16, 2021 - Medium garnet. Medium+ intensity. Dried red fruit and flowers, dried herbs. Maceration with stalk gives firm tannins and backbone. Vibrant and rustic. Indigenous yeasts and no added sulfites.
Nebbiolo 100% , unoaked.
Tasted fully developed and just past its peak but still enjoyable.
