Thursday, December 16, 2021 - Nose similar to a nice Virginian Viognier with lots of orange blossom, apricots and lemon balm. Crisp and a little creamy on the palette with some stone fruit and a nice streak of minerality. Great with Asian or spicy Thai cuisine or, tonight, we enjoyed with chicken Milanese with some arugula and lemons. Very enjoyable.
