Thursday, December 23, 2021 - Really interesting wine. Super dark, with some savory/earthy notes on the nose that bordered on stewed tomatoes. Some of that blew off, but not entirely. A couple hours in a decanter helped, but it needed several more. By the end, I was interested, but frustrated. Was it the Malbec? Was it me? Either way, I look forward to another bottle in a couple years.
