Interesting nose of mint and barnyard, which is not exactly what I was expecting. Nice mature cab characteristics shine as the red fruits are balanced seamlessy with the spicy middle and slightly drying, acidic finish. A really unique, well-rounded wine. I wish I had saved it for a couple more years.
