Sunday, December 26, 2021 - Drinking very well at this time and would expect that to hold for severl years. Gave it an hour to open and was rewarded with a well structured and complex package of hard fruits-pears and apples as well as cherry and current. Light spices, cinnamon and vanilla joined some mineral notes. Tannins are noticeable but moderate creating a very fulsome mouthfeel.
