Friday, December 31, 2021 - A bit closed at first, but then began singing after a 3 hour decant. Amazing wine. This was my 3rd or 4th Saxum - and my first Broken Stones, and this is my favorite so far. Very happy I have a lot more in the cellar to enjoy over the years.
