Friday, December 31, 2021 - New Years Eve 2021 (Kevin and Vicki's house): This suffered slightly because it was the New Years toasting wine that had been preceded by 2009 Cristal, Krug 164 and 1999 Billecart Salmon Nicolas Francois. It still did well and is a great champagne. Light red fruit on this, brioche, nuts, and good complexity.
