Tuesday, January 4, 2022 - Garnet, fine, gelatinous particulate, deep, dark opaque. Bouquet, black cherry , hint of cedar, a bit smoky leather and celery salt in the back. Taste of cherry, blackberry, hint of mint and dark chocolate. Definitely needs an hour plus to fully open. Firm tannins and long finish. Still has a good amount of life left.
