Wednesday, January 19, 2022 - Red floral tones with raspberry and pomegranate from the time the cork was popped. Continued to open up and improve with touchs or savory herb, mushroom, and forest floor over the next two hours and then began to shut down for a bit. Off the menu a bit pricey for a current vintage pop and pour, but would like to have a few in my cellar to check out in another 5,10, and 15 years.
