Friday, January 21, 2022 - Gave this about an hour of air. Nose is a bit tight but it is silky on the palate. Not as earthy/funky as some Walla Walla Syrahs, but shows more varietal pepper and meat than most "internationally" styled versions. Leaves you with an impression of real polish. May have to grab a few more from WTSO.
