Saturday, January 29, 2022 - Oh man the flint and sulphor was strong in the beginning as it was pop-and-pour.
It helped with more air showing flint, uncooked popcorn, butter and yellow fruits on the nose and palate added a touch of tropical fruits on the finish too.
Lovely white Bourg but it needs time!
