Wednesday, February 2, 2022 - Aged qualities very strong, good nose, muted on the palette, somewhat high acidity. Seems to be on the downhill.
*2nd night hazelnuts and light young coconut on the nose. Getting more interesting on palette and nose.
*5th night drinking beautifully. Aged qualities beautifully coming through.
*11th night still open drinking well, very pleasant and faint Brett coming through.
