Friday, November 26, 2021 - Pale yellow. Pronounced nose of ripe apricot, pineapple, mango, butter, and bit of butterscotch. Very soft creamy acids, some hint of burnt butter, and very ripe candied peaches and pineapples, fleshy, and quite a lot of heat. Fair length at the back
