Friday, February 11, 2022 - 4th time with this wine and if anything it just keeps getting better and better. Honeyed without being sweet, glides across the palate with high acidity that feels however mellow due to the fruit intensity it packs. If this was my wine of the tasting a few months back out of all Raveneau GC from 05, 08, 10 and 12 this showing cements how complete this wine is. I just hope to see this again a few times with another 1-2 decades of bottle age. It should be a timless classic that could reach scentillating heights.
