Saturday, February 12, 2022 - Light gold in color with steady small bubbles. Aromas of Meyer lemons, tangerine oil, florals, spice and biscuit on the nose. Palate has a still wine feel to it showing pears, golden delicious apples, toasted almonds, medium acidity and a decent floral finish.
