Sunday, March 1, 2009 - Bright reddish-pink in color, with essence of strawberry, raspberry, and chalky minerals. A saignée of Hendry's Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Zinfandel and Primitivo, this is dry yet refreshing, with a very respectable finish.
