Wednesday, February 23, 2022 - At Pappa’s Houston Downtown. First off, amazingly beautiful label. Big bold but smooth, this throws off bunches of dark berries and rich vanilla, with an impeccably smooth finish that really rounded this out for me. More than held it’s weight against medium-rare rib-eye. A masterpiece.

3/29/2022 11:55:00 AM - We decanted for a brief 30 mins and followed over an hour, I thought it was basically ready to go after the initial decant.
