Thursday, February 24, 2022 - My first Verdejo. T'was a Firstleaf offering. Very pale straw color. Nice tree fruit aromas, including honeydew melon, white peach, and a smidgen of lime. Also a bit of minerality there. Taste is light and very refreshing. The lime and honeydew melon are front and center. Medium acidity and a shorter finish than I hoped. Worth the lower price.
