Saturday, February 26, 2022 - Still drinks okay. Some of the sweetness remains, along with slightly stewed plums and some of the raisin-y ness, but much less than typical amarone (or maybe I'm just out of practice having not had any for a while). Decent pairing with some spicier food. Almost certainly nearing end of its prime though.
