Wednesday, March 2, 2022 - Very pale straw color. 11% ABV. The nose is very aromatic - crushed stone, pineapple, Granny Smith apples. Piercing acidity, with petrol notes coming out on the palate together with pineapple, more apples - then a long, nice ending with a hint of oak and some wild herbs and no hints of burning alcohol. A very good Kabinett (and I am not usually a fan of the style!).
