Saturday, March 5, 2022 - Beautiful aroma of honeysuckle & honeydew melon. Nice soft yellow color w/very nice, refined legs. Fruit forward with flavors of Meyer lemon & mildly tart melon. Very pleasant finish. Appetizer: Brie & Pear Entree; Swordfish in white wine & butter sauce w/sauteed vegetables. A very nice match to both courses.
