Friday, March 18, 2022 - What a treasure. Popped and then slowly oxidized over five hours. The body is full, velvety and yet remains fresh and vibrant, with cottony tannins. Persistent. Ripe raspberries, cranberries, milk chocolate, fennel, figs, blonde coffee, blueberry syrup and mineral. A mere baby, this is still showing such killer fruit and will without question age exceptionally well. Acidity and depth. Finishes quite long. What a wonder. Drink 2026 -.
