Friday, March 25, 2022 - Acid content on the lower side. Sugar, on the other hand, was on the levels almost bordering with semi-dry wine. I have no idea which food would be a good pair to this. Drank without any, but not much as it was too cloying to me. At the same time, women praised it as the eighth wonder! So, the score reflects the average between my 84 and (at least) 95 of feminine tasters.
