Saturday, April 2, 2022 - Drinking well right now. Lighter fruit notes and tertiary notes of tobacco leather pepper and earthy notes on bouquet. Tannins are very smooth and wine remains very well balanced with good acidity. On palate but if dark cherry touch of vanilla and cigar box with slight spice. Medium oak. Better after a couple hour decant which suggests still has some time. Too bad last one…
