Thursday, April 7, 2022 - Deep red with slight bricking, sweet cedar, iron, savory herbs, crushed dark berry. Blueberries. Slight funk. Bigger oak flavors, tannic, with rich dark fruits. Earthy with persistent acid and fruity mid palate. Opened and decanted for about 6 hours. Gains a ton of freshness with time.
