Tuesday, November 23, 2021 - The wine is clear, with medium garnet color, and watery rims.
On the noes the wine is clean, with medium plus aromas of plums, cherries, sour cherries, dried red fruits, dried fig, mineral notes, earthiness notes, gravel.
On the palate the wine is dry, with medium plus acidity, medium plus ripe green tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus flavors of olives, sour cherries, mushrooms, fresh Mediterranean herbs and spices.
The wine is of a very good quality, due to its long finish, complexity and depth. It is quite pronounce at time of tasting, but showing great aging potential ahead of it.
