Monday, April 18, 2022 - The wine looks ruby colored with slight purple to it. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like prune, stoniness, petrol, mineral, cedar, vanilla, black pepper, leesy and black currant (cassis). It tastes like strawberry, raspberry, black pepper, cinnamon, petrol and mineral. The body is full. The wine has angular texture, can lean down for another 5~10 years. The wine finishes long. The wine has 4 acidity, 4 tannin.
