Wednesday, May 4, 2022 - Bought in a box sale from cleaning a cellar. Deep ruby. Nose predominantly pepper and spice. Aged Shiraz flavours of leather, tobacco and green pepper. Not much fruit remains. Still significant spicy tannins. Slightly sweet impression. Moderate finish.

It was ok but the sweetness was a bit not to my taste.

Edit: sitting in fridge. Drank rest may 15th so 11 days after opening. Now fantastic. Sweet ness less present and leather and spice predominant. Enjoyable.
