Friday, May 6, 2022 - Drinking well out of the bottle already but could use some more age. Fresh citrus-y acidity with some nice oak influence that will integrate well over time. A lot of fruit on the nose and palate, with sweeter ones like pear balancing with more acidic ones like green apple.
