Tasted March 11, 2009 at an offline.

Opened and served immediately. Light yellow color in the glass, fairly clear looking overall. Nose of beautiful florals, sea foam, quince and a hint of brown spice. Later upon revisit added a lovely note of graham crackers. Flavors apricot core and brown spices intertwined with a solid base of minerality. Medium acidity and body. Drink or hold. This wine was all that and a bag of chips.
