Sunday, May 22, 2022 - Decanted 1.5 hours and served at cellar temperature. Medium yellow, lemon bouquet. Saline minerality nose follows through to palate and couples with lemon curd on the palate. Vibrant acidity and medium long final. Balanced and complex.
