Tuesday, March 17, 2009 - Interesting factor -- you must wait an hour or so, or decant well, because it's very tight at first and unforgiving at first. But once given time, it has a great tarry nose with dark fruit underneath. There is a slight tar in the taste and dark cherries, good acidity and moderate tannins at end.
