Saturday, May 28, 2022 - The wine looks straw colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. A nose of lemon, peach, almond and flint. It tastes like lemon, apricot, mineral, stoniness and phenolic. The body I feel is medium. The wine a zing and is fantastic on the palate. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium to high acidity.
