Tuesday, May 31, 2022 - Nice balance of petrol, lime, rocks, with good acidity that’s nicely in balance at this point, off dry leaning dry. It’s not very complex but it’s good quality Riesling with down the middle varietal character and the stuffing to age further and stand up to a wide variety of food. ~7/10
