Wednesday, June 1, 2022 - Very light and fresh, almost nothing on the nose except freshness and crispness. Lovely, the bubbles are fine and persistent. Is great tonight with pecan patties, mashed potatoes and gravy, sauteed zucchini onions snd cherry tomatoes . YUMM!
