Friday, June 10, 2022 - A wonderful, mature Sonoma WS pinot. Delicious. Harmonious notes of nutmeg, cherry cola, muted spices, with a long finish driven by the abundant but not overbearing acid. Fruit, acid, all of it in lovely balance, without the sting from Rochioli fruit and excess heat. Yum.

It's ready now. Likely to last a few more years, but pointless to wait.
