Wednesday, June 15, 2022 - The sediment formation has not increased but this still required straining through an aerator\sieve. That probably was good for the drinking experience as well, as this remains inky purple with dense and concentrated flavor. The finish is short but without flaw. Will last another five years at least and could improve.
