Thursday, June 16, 2022 - Decanted at 11:00 am for dinner at 8:00 pm. The wine tasted quite good and was adequately integrated. Very enjoyable with a delicious dinner of fresh peas from our garden, mashed potatoes and rib-in ribeye steak. Sipping a bit after dinner (8:30) there was too much tannin. It is still a young wine that will improve a lot with substantial additional cellaring.
