Saturday, June 18, 2022 - Medium to full body, deep garnet, mature colour. Impressive aroma of black fruits, pepper, leather and spices’ box. Predominantly black currant and mineral palate following by lingering juicy finish. Delicious wine, benchmark of Syrah, rich and complex but elegant and balanced, lovely acidity and ripe tannins. Food friendly, well pairing to filet mignon. Serve 16ºC - 20ºC. Open half hour ahead. Drink now and next four/six years.
