Saturday, June 25, 2022 - An evening with good food, great people and amazing wine (Where the silence is longed for): Aromas of stone in a pond, clean and stale straws, a bit of claw, a soft tropical fruit note. An undertone of mineral notes, yellow fruits and some grass. I wish this had just a touch more acidity on the palate to help lift and push the flavors a bit, this seemed just a bit flat.
