Monday, June 27, 2022 - Dinner wines (Hotel Sonne, Partschins, IT): *** brief notes from memory ***
Drunk over two days. On day one very good. A bit 2011 warmth, some crushed stones and pineapple. On day two it was fully there! Great energy, tension, freshness and precision. Really beautiful and for sure somewhere around 93-94 (day one 91-92)
