Tuesday, June 28, 2022 - Still drinking well. Pepperiness that I recall has evolved into a more subtle waxy spicy aroma. Oddly, roasted potato skins come to mind. But also still some orange blossom. Fairly light weight but with a creamy texture that transitions into a gentle ripe melon and tropical fruit finish.
