Saturday, February 26, 2022 - Deep salmon in colour. Nose of strawberry, lemon, apple, cream, brioche and raspberry. Strawberry, minerals, melon, lemon, cream and raspberry on the palate. Dry and medium-bodied with high acidity. Medium-plus effervescence with a medium, crisp and fruity finish.
