Saturday, July 16, 2022 - Definitely orange, very thin appearing wine. Very tannic and astringent with a gasoline-like nose and taste on day one which masked majority of the fruits and other flavors. Threw it in the fridge and gave it another try the following day and it was a completely different wine. The harshness has mellowed and wine was now more balanced. Medium acidity, medium alcohol, mild tannins. Fruits of unripe peach, orange peel, young strawberries, some minerally flavors. Very pleasant experience on day 2. Would drink again, but only after giving it a good rest after opening.
