Wednesday, July 20, 2022 - Green/gold, green apple, lemon peel, baked apple, grape skins, apple skins. Medium+ weight. In terms of sweetness, closer to Spatlese than Auslese. Thoroughly enjoyable. A hint of bitterness at the long finish prepares you for the next sip. Long, long life ahead, but a great drink now.
