Saturday, July 16, 2022 - Will preface by saying we aren’t typically into rose or white except in summer with seafood. Very classy Rose to us. Very dry. Nose has a bit of a flowery and light berries. Follows I to the palate with a bit of spice. We found it interesting and complex. Paired with freshly caught Pacific Chinook salmon seared med rare and served with a nice Greek yogurt/dill dip. Great pairing!
